Reservation and Payment Policies

1. Sitiviajes.com S.A. requires at least 75% of the total amount to be paid at least three weeks before the beginning of the Vacation.

2. In case of “no show” Sitiviajes.com will return the full 75% of the total amount if the client let us know at least two weeks ahead of the beginning date or arrival to the country.

3. We only recollect personal data for business purposes; this information is not shared with any one.

4. We accept mayor credit cards, wire transfers and also cash for the payment of the services offered.
